The Festival is a Rain or Shine Family Event with lawn seating at most stages. Per Carroll County, no dogs, other than services animals per the Americans with Diasbilities Act are allowed. Those guests needing reasonable accommodations to enjoy this event should contact Common Ground on the Hill in advance at 410-857-2771. Per Carroll County, no alcohol is allowed. All coolers will be checked at the gate by Carroll County Farm Museum volunteers. There are no discounted tickets at the gate late in the day since headlining acts appear for the final performances.
