Year-round Volunteers have the opportunity to participate in the inner workings of event planning and facilitation as interns and volunteers. Perks can include participation in programming, complimentary concert passes and, in some cases, an honorarium and/or combination of volunteer and paid hours is arranged. All along the way you will enjoy opportunities to meet and work with some accomplished, interesting, exciting and creative people in "the arts."

Common Ground on the Hill's Volunteer Coordinator for the last two years, Bobbi Vinson is now also working part-time year-round in CGOTH's offices as an Administrative Assistant handling public relations, promotions, registrations, scholarships and general office management. We are also pleased to announce that Shawn Lockhart will continue to manage the Summer Concert, Events and Festival Store.

Seasonal Volunteers work with the year round coordinators before and during events in helping
with mailings, signs, community postings, registration, office, hospitality, gates, grounds
and the many other needs that help make events runs smoothly for all.

Responsible volunteers of all ages are welcome to apply.

McDaniel College offers internship credits for approved job/subject related semester positions
(up to 4 credits a semester, 12 credits total per undergraduate degree).
There is a per credit fee applicable to the awarding of credits.

School age children and teens, with permission of parents
(and their supervision where needed)
can earn volunteer hours as required by their schools.
